So Whats the C.A.T.C.H?

It’s that we believe baseball is more than a game—it’s a bridge that connects families, builds confidence in kids, and strengthens entire communities. Founded and led by passionate parents, we know firsthand the challenges families face: balancing busy schedules, keeping kids encouraged, navigating academics, and supporting their love of the sport. That’s why the C.A.T.C.H. Club exists—to keep the joy alive, equip parents, and inspire kids to grow both on and off the field.

Our name isn’t just who we are—it’s what we stand for:

Community – Building strong families and neighborhoods through the game.

Athletics – Inspiring a lifelong love of baseball while developing character.

Training – Equipping kids and parents with skills for the field, classroom, and life.

Commitment – Staying dedicated to growth, resilience, and each other.

Hope – Creating opportunities and belief in a brighter future for every child and family.

Together, these values form the heartbeat of Catch Athletics.

We envision a powerful movement where baseball becomes more than a sport—it’s a catalyst for transformation in our community of Lawrenceville and beyond. A future where every child is inspired, every parent is empowered, and every family is strengthened—creating generations of leaders who carry the love of the game and the strength of community into every part of their lives.

  • Quin Meadows

    Founder & VICE PRESIDENT

With more than a decade of experience in strategy, innovation, and community leadership, Quin Meadows brings both professional expertise and personal passion to The C.A.T.C.H Non-Profit. Beyond leading cross-functional teams and driving sustainable solutions in large organizations, Quin’s greatest joy comes from being a baseball mom of four. Having homeschooled two of her children, she deeply understands the challenges families face—balancing busy schedules, rising costs, schoolwork, dinner time, and the emotional ups and downs that come with competitive sports.

Quin and her husband founded The C.A.T.C.H with a heart for families who love the game but sometimes struggle to keep that love alive. She knows firsthand how kids can lose motivation under pressure, and how parents can feel discouraged when their child no longer finds joy in playing. That’s why The C.A.T.C.H is about more than just baseball —it’s about building character, encouraging good sportsmanship, and supporting both kids and parents.

Through community programs, family resources, and mentorship, Quin and The C.A.T.C.H team are dedicated to helping children stay encouraged, inspired, and motivated—while remembering that baseball should always be fun. Just as importantly, the organization provides tools and guidance for parents: helping dads step into the role of “home coach” and equipping moms to nurture their child’s confidence and mental health during tough times.

Quin’s commitment to education, youth development, and community engagement shines through every aspect of The C.A.T.C.H. Her mission is simple but powerful: to strengthen families, uplift young athletes, and keep the joy of baseball alive in her childrens hearts and your children as well.
